A growing number of entrepreneurs are using a fundraiser to assist them in raising funds. However, its role remains relatively unclear and poorly supervised. This is why The Galion Project produced this reference document on a Series A or Series B financing round with a fundraiser. The objective is twofold: on the one hand to define the conditions under which it brings real added value; on the other hand to support entrepreneurs in their negotiations with this intermediary by precisely defining the terms and conditions of their contract.

This document, produced under the direction of Didier Kuhn (ScreenTonic, Chais d'Oeuvre), is a summary of the feedback from members of Galion: Nicolas Berbigier (Famoco), Grégory Pascal (SensioLabs), and Anna Stepanoff (Wild Code School). A big thank you to them and to all the Galleon entrepreneurs who contributed to the development of this tool.
